What We Do
Equity Multiplier is not a buyers agency. We are Australia's first Yield Engineering firm — a fully integrated property acquisition and construction operation that identifies, acquires, and physically transforms residential assets to manufacture equity and multiply rental income. We don't advise. We execute.
Our model integrates property sourcing, due diligence, council approvals, QBCC-licensed construction through EPB Builders, dual tenanting, and post-build revaluation into one coordinated workflow. Every engagement is measured against three benchmarks: manufactured equity, yield improvement, and capital efficiency. No other firm in Australia integrates acquisition and construction execution under one roof.

Equity Multiplier was founded by Rean Golden — a licensed real estate professional with QBCC construction capability who has completed 54+ property projects across South East Queensland. From acquisitions and council approvals through to secondary dwelling construction and capital recycling, Rean built this firm on one principle: you don't wait for equity — you manufacture it.
But Equity Multiplier is more than one person. Our team brings together decades of combined experience across property acquisition, construction project management, council planning, finance structuring, and portfolio strategy. Every client engagement is supported by a coordinated team — not a solo operator.
