Granny Flat Design & Construction

Our QBCC-licensed construction arm, EPB Builders, handles the full secondary dwelling build — from council approvals through to tenant-ready handover. Typical builds: $180,000-$280,000.

Equity Manufacturing

We don't wait for the market. We engineer equity by adding a secondary income stream to your property, forcing revaluation, and unlocking usable equity — typically $100,000-$150,000+ manufactured in under 12 months.

Capital Recycling Strategy

Once equity is manufactured, we model your refinance options and structure the next acquisition. The goal: repeat the process and compound your portfolio without injecting new capital.

Property Diagnostic Report

Every engagement begins with a comprehensive Property Diagnostic — analysing zoning, yield potential, build feasibility, and equity uplift before any commitment is made.
